Bursting with art, music, food and life along Belmont Avenue running west from Damen, BAM is a reflection of the diverse and vibrant arts scene in Roscoe Village. BAM features two full days of non-stop live music booked by Beat Kitchen and Big Creek Productions. Additionally, at least 40 vendors will be on display, including artists and craftspeople displaying their treasures in the sunshine together with local restaurants. The Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce (RVCC) and sponsors WXRT radio and Chicago Reader invite you to celebrate the spirit of Roscoe Village and its talented artists and performers at what will be the quintessential community street fest. There is so much great stuff happening here this weekend (I missed the Deadstring Brothers last night and will miss Blue Mountain as well), but I am going to Boston to catch the North Hampton Wilco show.
