(well, until I moved away from the NY area, that is) I can attest that it is definitely a bit of a boy's club, though. Its a good thing the music is great because there's not much to look at. In the interest of keeping it on topic, we didn't really get the expected snowfall here, either. But one of my daughters is sick, so I "worked from home" with 3 young kids climbing all over me.(which pretty much guarantees that no work gets done......but its fun!)
