Guest Cousin Tupelo
Lost In Translation My dictionary hates you I thought of that right after I sent it. In the states college professor and school teachers on tests can sore by points -- 90-100 is an A, 80-90 is a B 70-80 for C and so on for D and F (fail) --or they can average the test scores and assign them based on a curve. People who don't do well on a test hope for the curve because it lumps most test takers into C or average range. Hoping he tests on a curve was a joke, saying I hope he'll be kind to me or give me a break for what I don't know. Sorry my famous one was last year Can you elaborate for us newbies?
