remphish1
Interesting article in slate... http://www.slate.com/id/2204988/pagenum/2 Unfortunatly I think in NJ the horn is very necessary(especially if people change lanes without looking).....
MrRain422
I would have gone with "Are you a honky?"

bjorn_skurj
I blow the horn rarely or not at all.
remphish1
I blow the horn rarely or not at all. Do you live in NJ? I unfortunatley deal with these traffic situations every day. I pass the approach to the Holland Tunnel, Newark Airport, The Turnpike, Parkway and ride on Rt 78 everyday..after Rt 78 I pass the enterance to Short Hills mall too so it is a zoo everywhere I drive! mountain bed
My horn quit working 10 years ago. But there's no such thing as a traffic jam here, so I guess it doesn't matter.
embiggen
this thread is misleading.
OOO
My horn quit working 10 years ago. But there's no such thing as a traffic jam here, so I guess it doesn't matter. My horn is also not working, and I never used it when I had a car with a working horn, except when I arrived at a friends house and wanted to signal "Come on, get out of your house and let's go to Denny's!" andshewas
Mine also doesn't work, but if it did, it would get used all too much. Milwaukee drivers are not very good...

remphish1
I probably use it 2 times a week...mostly because people are texting and driving and drifting into my lane....
