Via Harvard
Does anyone else think he is as great as I do? Check out the new record "Brag and Cuss". I think he's done better on his own.

Moss
I can't keep up with all the people being thrown out here. Animal collective, Andrew Bird, M. Ward, Rocky Votolato. Makes me want to go back to my Physical Graffiti album and say screw it. Actually I love hearing about these bands so thank you.

lost highway
Rocky has always struck me as good, almost great. He never crosses over into great, but he's always good. Waxwing, occasionally reached moments of beauty. Especially to my 18 year old ears when I got into them. That Makers album came out really well. I got to share the stage with him years and years ago. One of the nicest dudes in rock and roll for sure.
Via Harvard
Yeah, saw him in Seattle, great show. I just wanted to spread the word. Always good to hear something new. Thanks for sharing.

nodep5
His song "White Daisy Passing" is a must have. It is sadly beautiful and will not disappoint. However, I have found little interest in anything else he has done.
lost highway
I just remembered a song he put out years ago, I think called "Automatic Rifle". Fucking amazing. The heaviest thing I ever heard him do. The song is a narrative about militance, and terrorists. Brutal song, really well written.
