brianjeremy
That LSL album is pretty good in my opinion. If you like it look up their second album, Trysome Eatone.

PopTodd
Barry Adamson - As Above, So Below(available for $0.22) Former member of The Bad Seeds and Magazine.... like soundtrack music without the movie. Jazz-inflected and dark. The guy is excellent.Barry Adamson's AllMusic entry.

brianjeremy
Ozma - Rock and Roll Pt. 3 - only $0.01 Great album from a band that sound a lot like Weezer. They've always been described as what Weezer would have sounded like if they still played good music.
anthony
Not 1 cent, but this is a steal for under 5 bucks, IMHO. Pink Floyd - Animals (Remastered)
PopTodd
This one is like a melodic hybrid of Black Sabbath and Nirvana. No classic, but still some really great heavy rock on here.Burning Brides - Fall of the Plastic EmpireFor $0.01 at Amazon. I was picturing it costing more than that for some reason. I'm going to have to try and show some restraint.
brianjeremy
I'm going to have to try and show some restraint. I have been finding some really great deals lately. I try to keep it under $7 (including shipping) and have come away with some really great albums. Some recent steals have been about 5 Mountain Goats cds, 2 Jeremy Enigk cds, 2 Wrens cds, and a Silver Jews cd all for less than $7 including shipping = awesome. PopTodd
House of Freaks - TantillaUsed for $0.33! House of Freaks - CakewalkUsed for $0.01!!! Both are dark, gothic folk/pop. And both are hidden gems. The general consensus is that Tantilla is the better record, yet I still prefer Cakewalk, which has a few industrial elements -- odd percussion and the like. Both are outstanding purchases for the price, though! And, Bryan Harvey... R.I.P.
