thisyearsgirl
It says it is from Summer '08 and is with Andrew Bird...off-hand, does anyone know what show this is from? I also think it is funny that it is credited to "Andrew Bird & Wilco"...whatever.
Analogman
Wilcobase listing for Jesus, etc. - May 2008--> OR I did a search on Jesus Andrew Bird. None of those search results are that great. Could it be the 02/16/2008 show?
Wilco2332
Didn't someone say it was from the Tanglewood gig that was in the Roadcase for a while?
bsr8j
You can hear the whole track over at AOL's Spinner (and credited to Wilco w/ Andrew Bird)... Funny People Soundtrack
cracked & hooked
Didn't someone say it was from the Tanglewood gig that was in the Roadcase for a while? It matches up with the Tanglewood track - must be, except I don't hear myself!
Analogman
Didn't someone say it was from the Tanglewood gig that was in the Roadcase for a while? Wilcobase listing for that show. Andrew Bird is not listed on the song for that show. Interesting.
u2roolz
I reported awhile back that according to Amazon.com's listing a month or so ago that it was listed as Jesus, Etc. (Tanglewood Live Version) Kristofor Edit: Apparently, Amazon.com says Jesus, Etc. is from Andrew Bird now! LOL WTF? Oh well. I was there like someone mentioned and he never came out. It could be the people at Sony lying to get people to buy the song or moreso the soundtrack.
Analogman
So the Andrew Bird tag is a mistake. I have no ider who that is actually, but I was curious about finding out the listing in Wilcobase.
u2roolz
Andrew Bird opened the Wilco show at Tanglewood and never came out once to play with the band like he did at The Winter Residency. Unless, if he was plugged in backstage and played along. It's highly possible. But it should be noted that it has the highest ranking on iTunes out of the whole soundtrack (18 songs). Marketing genius or pure deception? You decide.
Analogman
I was sort of joking. I know of him, but have never heard any of his music. I think the riddle is solved.
Gobias Industries
I'm listening to this bub on here and I don't hear Andrew Bird, so something has gone awry.
jcroach
OK, I'm still confused. What show do people think this is from?
