Mr. Heartbreak
Any experts out there have an opinion on the pros and cons of these two phones?
ih8music
I recently got a 3GS and love it... but TBH I never compared it to the BB.
myboyblue
I unfortunately have to carry both for business reasons. I strongly prefer the iPhone for personal use but the blackberry is good for business applications. Some prefer the hard keys vs the virtual screen keys. I'm not one of them. Overall, the good news is that competition is good for us all.
Guest Speed Racer
One word, two syllables: Tetris. Best $4.99 I ever spent. I have an iPod Touch, not an iPhone, but using that v. the Blackberry I would choose the iPhone's interface any day of the week. That is, of course, for personal use. I think it would suck donkey balls for work-related use.

isadorah
there are two things i don't like about my iphone: the M key is too close to the backspace key it is on the AT&T network. beyond that I love it. I traded an LG Dare in for it (and chose the LG Dare over the Blackberry Storm because the storm seemed very clunky, the touch screen to be awkward, and the interface made no sense to me. I have no regrets about making the switch from verizon and the LG Dare to the iPhone. the iPhone makes up in leaps and bounds for the lacking in the network.

Yeah, my wife and I are thinking of getting iPhones (as we are already supporting Steve Jobs's lifestyle with iPods and an iMac ), but we are actually hoping Apple will make the iPhone available on Verizon next year. Hence, the poll.
Edie
I would rather stick needles in my eyes than deal with the iPhone keyboard for business. Give me real keys. I can email up a storm on my old 8830.
Dude
Dunno how many kinks they worked out from the Storm to the Storm 2, but the Storm's interface is horrendously difficult to deal with. RIM is about 3 years behind Apple as far as touch screen interfaces are concerned. I'd stick with the iPhone.
MattZ
I would rather stick needles in my eyes than deal with the iPhone keyboard for business. Give me real keys. I can email up a storm on my old 8830. x2 I use the 8830 for work/email and have no need or desire to upgrade. In NYC, the iPhone is a pretty bad phone (AT&T). I don't know about the Storm. OOO
It took a little getting used to, but I can type super fast on my iPhone now. Emails are no problem.
ih8music
yeah, I was a little concerned about the iphone keypad before I got it, but it's been surprisingly easy for me. especially when rotated lengthwise, the keys are relatively large and I've had very few issues.
