Dude
Remember these books?!? http://joeydevilla.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2006/03/66%20Choose%20Your%20Own%20Adventure%20covers%20(huge).jpg They so ruled. I'm sure they are still around / being sold in some form or another. I just had completely forgotten they had existed until just now.

uncool2pillow
About 2 years ago, we stocked them at the Borders where I work. Never remember any selling any and haven't seen them in a long time. I liked them when I was a kid.
GtrPlyr
I loved those as a kid. I think I must have had about 20 of them on my bookshelf. Another series I loved as a kid: The Three Investigators
Sir Stewart
I read a bunch of those books, but I'll be damned if any one of those titles look familiar to me now.
anthony
From that picture, I had "Deadwood City" & "Your Code Name is Jonah"
u2roolz
Anyone remember that old Dragon Slaying arcade game? This was also choose your own adventure. Edit: It was called Dragon's Lair and here it is...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVvlTx49l5k&feature=related
Gobias Industries
Wasn't there a strain of them by R.L. Stein like "Choose Your Own Scare" or "Choose Your Own Nightmare" or something similar? I remember those...don't think I was old enough to see those CYOA books around though.
Moss
Anyone remember that old Dragon Slaying arcade game? This was also choose your own adventure. Edit: It was called Dragon's Lair and here it is... I wasted a sad amount of money on that damn game. It was basically just a memorization game with a tiny bit of motor skill requirement. Dude
I also had the Zork books when I was a kid, were a bit of a mishmash between Choose Your Own Adventure and an RPG. You had to keep track of your character stats as the book progressed. It was pretty fun and a lot less frustrating to play than the Zork PC games. http://www.gamebooks.org/zork.htm
Fritz
I read a bunch of them but I remember owning "The Race Forever". I was obsessed by that book. It invloved you (the reader) being a rally driver taking part in a rally across Africa. Completely obsessed I was...
