PopTodd
Taking my oldest to see the Black-Eyed Peas on Friday and am wondering how much I'll have to shell out for a t-shirt at the show.I'm thinking that if it's any more than $30, there is no damn way.Any clues for the big shows like this? tinnitus photography
keep in mind that a lot of the time the venue takes a 30% cut, so that's one reason why prices are so high...i would guess $30 at a minimum, probably $40...
The Inside of Outside
At the Barenaked Ladies show in Boston this past weekend, I was surprised to see BNL shirts for $35. That seemed high to me. Ben Kweller (opening act) shirts were $25. Got to think the Black-Eyed Peas shirts are going to be $35-45. Another reason to love Wilco - $20-25 concert tees.
Sparky speaks
At South Bend last week I picked up two Wilco shirts for $25 each.
brianjeremy
I saw the Smashing Pumpkins a few weeks back and the shirts were $30-$40.
jff
The last arena show I went to was Rush. That was two or three years ago, and their shirts were $35-$40 then. I would assume that's the norm for any big-scale band these days.
froggie
at a pub gig that i went to in May, they were $45 - and there was only about 80 people there

remphish1
at a pub gig that i went to in May, they were $45 - and there was only about 80 people thereI'm not surprised...it seems every artist that goes to Australia charges 2x the going rate...What is it like $80 to see Wilco in Australia? PopTodd
So were you able to get some good views of Fergie? We were kinda behind the stage, so... you tell me.
froggie
I'm not surprised...it seems every artist that goes to Australia charges 2x the going rate...What is it like $80 to see Wilco in Australia? it was Ed Kuepper + Chris Bailey (The Saints). a reunion after 30 years of slagging eachother, which is a similar chance to seeing Tweedy and Farrar on stage these days. still, $45 for t-shirt, and $10 for a beer stubbie is over the top. anyway, since i know the guys, chris gave me one for free!. the weird thing is the entry tickets were only $26! and yep, about $90 to to see Wilco in May this year
