(I've discovered my tastes definitely lean towards England). sorry,i missed that question 2 wasn't just isolated to US bands, which is how i answered it, top 10 non-US bands would include: DelgadosMogwaiBlack SabbathThe Chameleons not sure who they would bump off, from above. top 100 would be easier...tough to exclude bands like Buzzcocks, Captain Beefheart, Pink Floyd, Melvins, Verlaines, etc...
