scottyb
One of Hidden Track's writers put together a detailed analysis of what Wilco played on the recently completed tour as well as some thoughts on what they didn't play. http://www.glidemagazine.com/hiddentrack/wilco-north-american-tour-wrapup-the-anatomy-of-the-setlists/ Interesting stuff. bleedorange
It's telling that Open Mind and Capitol City are by far the least played songs from the new album.

I'm A Wheel (rave version) they played 39 that year in boston too...."only" 35 at the hartford one i caught....hmm, i guess new haven wasn't my only ct show even though they only played 20 in boston last month, it seemed perfect to me....the 'evening with' was a treat, was not without a number of lulls (at least the one i saw)
choo-choo-charlie
Some tracks fit well in albums and not as well in live sets. "Deeper Down" falls into this category for me. I love Capitol City, Sunloathe and Open Mind, but I can see why they may not fit well into the energy and sequencing of a live set.
JAK2112
Ya, i think Tweedy made a comment at the Wang last month about how they played almost 40 songs last time they were in boston, then said something along the lines of "Never again". I remember seeing both of the Evening With shows at the Wellmont (which had 37 and 38 songs each night), and i was exhausted just watching, can't even imagine the toll that tour took on each of the guys. That being said, was really surprised about a few of the songs that were completely left off this tour. No Spiders is a real shame, and it's strange that they completely left songs like Can't Stand it, Theologians, and Hoodoo Voodoo. Though i guess it was only 15 shows, so there's no telling what they'll play on these upcoming legs, just weird to me that they'd leave those live staples out.
choo-choo-charlie
I wouldn't call Can't Stand It a live staple.
JAK2112
It's not an every night staple, but it was typically an every other night sort of deal, if not once every few nights. Just weird that it was left off completely
