So has anyone been to any of the shows so far? I went to the Atlanta show last week and it was amazing. Far surpassed anything that I had expected. I went in feeling lukewarm about Middle Cyclone and after hearing the songs live, I like it much more. (Fox is still my fave, though. ) Not to mention, Neko and Kelly have such great chemistry. They were laughing and joking most of the show. Neko even yelled "fuck you" to some obnoxious guy in the audience...felt like I was at a Jeff Tweedy show. Definitely worth the 3 hour drive.

I'm a huge Duke fan and even I didn't pick them to beat Villanova. However, I never would've predicted that kind of meltdown. Brutal.

OMG that movie is awesome. As for the question, I usually tip my hair dresser 15% and my manicurist/pedicurist (is that a word??) around 20%, just because I've known her longer and we're pretty good friends. I have no idea what percentage I tip in restaurants. Definitely depends on the service. Oh and also, the tip amount has to make the total round to whole dollars. I thought I was the only freak who did that until I learned my twin brother does the same thing.

I love OCMS and Alison Krauss, but I would consider them more bluegrass than country. As for today's country, can't think of anyone I really like, except maybe Hayes Carll. Also, I think Reba McEntire is the worst. Her voice is like nails on a chalk board for me, and I'm southern!

I tuned in last night during commercials on HGTV and happened upon what had to be the funniest part of the night (i'm assuming)....Randy Travis and Adam. Poor Randy. I don't think he knew what hit him.

A friend of mine will also be at that Atlanta show. I had thought about going with her until they scheduled a show right in my backyard. I wish more bands would play the Township. Last night I kept thinking to myself what a great venue for Wilco. Will never happen, but I can dream. Here's to hoping you guys get as good of a show as we got. Ryan was in such a great mood, making jokes, saying how "rad" our venue was and how much fun he was having. I had a feeling they would do an encore even though they hadn't been doing them much. I bet you guys get two encores!

Thanks for the link, A-man. I just read through the thread and can't stop laughing about the girl who stood up the entire show and told everyone to suck her balls. She's supposed to be at the show tonight so I'll definitely look for her.

I haven't gone alone too often, but I did go to the Wilco show in Charleston last summer by myself. I didn't really think anything about it but when the usher (older female) showed me to my seat, she asked if I was alone and when I said yes, she said 'wow, you're a brave lady'. Didn't really get that. I mean, it is 2009 (2008 then). Anyway, I may end up going to the Asheville show in April solo since it's another weekday out of towner. No biggie.
