i think there are better songs overall on mescalito but as far as listneing to either album all the way through & enjoying it, i prefer the new one ;-)

i think it's a lot better, imo. sounds like the band's gotten better.

is .net the crowes board? if so, fuck them. they are the biggest bunch of assholes (for the most part, i'm sure there's one nice dude). they hate everything post Souther harmony.

listening now. this doesn't sound anything like i expected. especially from their comments about it being more country/organic. i kinda dig it actually. edit: that solo around 3:40 kills! i like this quite a bit. odd sound for them though.

and if the families making the accusations were sincere about all of it, money should make no difference. just saying. i'm not saying he didn't do it but money shouldn't come in the way of putting someone away for doing that to your kid.

i'd say 1997-2004. the late 90's was great imo.

not off hand, sorry! i know one that gets a lot of hype is a san jose 98 soundboard show. the quality is ridiculously good. other than that, i'm not sure.

i need to go back & listen to his live shows from 97-2002 or so. he was just on fire then.

i feel the same about the tryin' to get to heaven version on tell tale signs. that remake is just killer.
