richard ferreira - somewhereville one of the best albums i've heard in a while. never knew about it until this weekend (released in 2002). sounds like van morrison, costello, the band, jackson browne. so good.

depending on the day, cold roses is my fave ryan adams album. so many great songs on that. gold would be second (that's the first RA i ever heard though).

dead on man. his new stuff sucks, no way around it. i don't want another heartbreaker, or gold. i just want a good ryan record.

it's way more generic than RNR (which honestly, i freakin love that album). this one is utter crap. i was skipping every damn song on the first disc. not sure i can even force myself to listen to the 2nd one.
