Althoug I am also in the huntfor tickets, I have to say Chitaper has been WONDERFUL about getting the shows our for us all to enjoy, including the Millennium Park show as well as the pre Thanksgiving Auditorium shows of 2006. He is awesome and deserves some goodness... Best of luck!

wife is getting two tickets to Tweedy at the Vic... I have to be out of town

I can't go to the show due to work, but Jeff and Sue are such wonderful suppprters of great charities in our city I bought two tix--one for my wife and her friend for a Christmas present. It's killing me that I'll miss it but what the hey... maybe it will bring me some good karma for the Friday presale... hope someone will tape the show! Any breakout predictions? With the Riviera shows coming up, there ought to be some golden oldies at the Vic...

Congrats to all you lucky Winter Residents... despite ferverent clicking and attempts to get a pass for the wife and me, came up short. Will try again on Friday, but would be real interested in going... Anyone willing to part with a pass would be super, if not duper. Let me know! I'm in Chicago so I will defintely use all five days... Thanks.

Yeah if you're too despondent to go your self (just imagine the heartbreak of listening to Wilco without that special someone), I will help you out and take your pass. Us Wilco folks stick together!

It was a great show... and Jeff did a wonderful job, following a raft of talent... for those outside Chicago the Old Town School of Folk Music is a community based music, dance and arts school with over 6,000 students. They do an incredible job. Jeff played with some of the people taking the Wilco class, where people learn instruments (mostly guitars) by playing solely Wilco songs... I was 3rd row center and the look on the face of the people playing with Jeff was sheer joy... How cool and scary it must have been... What Light was especially poignant Check out their site http://www.oldtownsc

"Side of the Seeds" weas not a new song, just a joke before going into Forget the Flowers. at the end of Forget, Jeff said somting like, OK so that wasn't a new song...

Another great show, although it was a bit shorter than last night. Sorry did not get to hear Kidsmoke, but can't complain too much. Ashes of American Flags was fantastic as was Theologians... We'll have to wait til 2007 for another Wilco set list...

Just back from the first night t the auditorium theater and loved every minute of it. Bodes well for tomorrow night too. Hope the show wll make it onto etree... highlights: Sunken Treasure, There's a Light, Shot in the Arm (never get tired of seeing that performed), a crazy little drum solo deal with guitar techs and band members shaking all sorts of hoo-ha around Mr Drummer Man... also would like to hear more about the Bunny with the beat box to kick things off, if any one has insight into that. New songs started off the set... was the first time I've heard it so don't know the title...
