  1. It changes all the time ya know but I tried to have it varied over the albums. 1. Ashes Of American Flags 2. You Are My Face 3. Misunderstood 4. Magazine Called Sunset 5. Hell Is Chrome 6. Box Full Of Letters 7. Jesus, Etc. 8. Via Chicago 9. Pieholden Suite 10. Wishful Thinking
  2. 1. We're Just Friends 2. It's Just That Simple 3. Company In My Back 4. I Thought I Held You 5. Kicking Television (AGIB EP version, live it's pretty awesome.)
  3. The pictures in the Wilco Book are definately great, especially the ones showing the bands gear and their backstage jams before the Auditorium shows. I agree that Adult Head sort of feels like Jeff's notebook.
  4. That's true, the Ramada Inn. Now it's a Best Western I believe, I don't even know if the water slide is still useable.
  5. Here is the recording of the intro from Massey Hall last year so someone could identify it. http://www.sendspace.com/file/pww33q
  6. Wilco does two encores every show? But that is 24 essentially an average Wilco show length.
  7. They're passing through the Sault! Right after Thunder Bay, too bad yogurt has more culture than Sault Ste. Marie... I wish they would've played London a couple days earlier then I could've gone to see them after Wilco on the 30th, oh well.
  8. They had that intro for the Canadian tour last year too. Then for the Fall tour I believe they had that synthesizer music, someone knew who the composer was but I can't remember his name. Japanese I think.
  9. I'm pretty sure it's not a Cdim chord it has to be an Adim. If you play this song on piano you keep your pinky finger on an A note for all the chords except the C#m where you play a G# with your pinky. But yeah you do a walk down from the A chord played this way (C#, E, A) the Adim (C, Eb, A) and the Bm (B, D, A). Also Nels' Hell Is Chrome like "jabs" during the second verse show this as well. For the Beatles-ish type walk up in the chorus Jeff plays the first part an octave down from Nels and then they both play the second line the same. e ------------------------------- b ---------------
  10. Definately put Magazine Called Sunset, it worked for me! Also I'm Always In Love and I Am Trying To Break Your Heart (reverse psychology).

  12. Wow it's pretty rockin' and that's one sweet riff!
  13. How can you say that when you just said "basically you're all wrong" when talking about the quality of AGIB and BT! I realize everyone has an opinion but you just voiced yours in saying your opinion was the only one that mattered and everyone elses is crap.
  14. A Ghost Is Born and Being There got bad reviews because they deserved it? To me, as a big Wilco fan I find that funny and furthermore stating that "basically you're wrong" in reference to that statement on a Wilco message board is a little silly don't you think?
  15. There's no Ebmaj7's but that's ok, read this tab. Capo 5. http://forums.viachicago.org/index.php?showtopic=27950
  16. I remember saying once I first listened to Sky Blue Sky that Pitchfork would give it a 6. But I agree with what most people said in this thread, Pitchfork does give you one of the best understanding of what a record is about in it's reviews. Also not to defend myself but I do buy all the Under The Radar magazines throughout the year and they are off sometimes in their reviews. Modest Mouse a 9 out of 10?
  17. From my knowledge it hasn't gotten a bad review yet and rightly so.
  18. I really liked this, really 80's sounding but catchy.
  19. Bottle Of Blues - Beck Ship In A Bottle - Bright Eyes Bottle Up And Explode! - Elliot Smith Whiskey Bottle - Uncle Tupelo "sing"
  20. Yeah I couldn't remember the name of the custom guitar but I've never seen him with a sunburst one actually.
  21. I See A Darkness - Bonnie Prince Billy No Smiling Darkness/Snake Charmers Association - Broken Social Scene Beware Of Darkness - George Harrison A Spindle, A Darkness, A Fever and A Neckless - Bright Eyes Beacon In The Darkness - Gruff Rhys Next Word : "Small"
  22. Ok well I'm trying to figure out this whole song and I got Nels' line in the intro of the song that goes along with Pat and Jeff's parts I posted earlier. He plays this line quite a bit throughout the song and I added the first little fill he does during the first verse. Keep plugging away! e --0------0-------0---0-------0---------------------------3---- b 8--8-10--10/12---7--7-8-5------------------------3/5------- g ----------------------------------------------------------------- d ----------------------------------------------------------------- a -----------------------------------------
  23. Those are two pretty different looking guitars! But yeah he plays a Santa Cruz and he plays a custom made guitar which I can't remember the name but it looks similar to it too.
