President Bush promptly gave tax cuts twice which flushed the whole thing. Before him was President Carter which was trying austerity measures. so i looked it up and the evil dept of education has like a 50 billion a year budget with maybe 20k employees. The dept of defense has a 1.2 TRILLION a year budget.
