I don't see why Wilco would allow taping and encourage fans to trade their live shows and be opposed to being on the Archive website.

The Archive would be a perfect place for Wilco shows. There are so many instances when people want to hear just one certain song from a show, but don't want to download a huge .flac torrent of the whole thing just to hear one song (like a song that is rarely played, or something along those lines). It is also great for people who don't use torrents and for people like myself- my university was targeted last year by the RIAA and we (Ohio University) were ranked the #1 downloaders of illegal music. Our school has since spent a ton of money on software that tracks everyone's p2p use and our

MS Paint is the only thing on windows that I really wish my Mac had. I had to download some crappy wannabe program to do mine. I was good at paint.

A lot of that stuff is streamed/available for download in mp3 on that site. I wouldn't think the AMan would be too fond of that...
