Well, I just happen to be a fan of Green Day and Lennon...I thought it was nice that they did this. I had already heard their studio version. They chose this song for their contribution to the fundraising album for Amnesty to help bring attention to the troubles in Darfur. I think it was a perfect choice for them. And for that... I applaud them.

AGREED!!! I start my drive to work every day with this CD and always start over again at Track Number One And just so you all know, I fast forward to Walken just to listen to the coda before I go into work

Yup, yup...it's true!!! I didn't care that they never heard of them (except from me), but I went into work today and told EVERYONE (who would listen...lol) how our boys came in at Number 4!!! A few of my friends even happen to notice on their own. Woot!!! All of my friends put a smile on and said basically "That's awesome! You must be SO proud!!!" And I said "WE (as in VCers & fans around the world) ARE!!! " I even have a friend or two who are actually considering buying it!!! Jeff & the Boys

Yup, yup...my ex-boyfriend and his family live in Downers Grove, so that's why I was there. I'm a HUGE Diet Coke fan myself, but I certainly do NOT drink that much and I do STILL drink plenty o' water...hence, the cooler in my kitchen But I gotta tell ya, I know EXACTLY what she's saying when she talks about the fizzy, the sweetness, etc especially in the cans!!!
