Sky Blue Sky always brings about fond memories for me.....ACL taping, Living Room Show and countless evenings spent with our closest friends. I play the song SBS almost every time I pick up the guitar. It is the album that solidified Wilco as one of my favorite bands. Great Thread!

A friend of my cousin has a cassette recording of 4 songs, secretly taped at a Jimi Hendrix performance he attended. (Venue unknown at this time) He has agreed to make a digital copy for me. I'm freaking out!

I read he describes songs from the 70s & 80s as The Old Testament and the 90s & on as The New Testament. Thinking of going on to Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! and The Grindermen release next.

This stuff is incredible....I randomly started with Lyre Of Orpheus. His imagery is powerful and contains such a sharp edge that a listener could get hurt. Like playing with fire.

They were surprisingly loud when I saw them last year.....easily, one of my favorite shows! Toby is fantastic!

auditorium venue - circa 1983 - general admission out of nowhere a cop grabs your arm after he notices you're smokin' a doob. your buddy (holding) runs from the stands toward an empty exit area, so the cop loosens his grip. do you... a. wait to see if he goes for your friend, then get lost in the crowd. b. assist the cop in loosening his grip, then get lost in crowd. c. surrender peacefully, then curse Billy Squire 'til the day you die.

Any specific Wings songs? I've listened to the Dog for a while now and haven't picked up on that.

I wish they had a "Which wilco song are you?" so I could ignore that one too.
