That was my first thought as well. I can just see his attorney arguing "If the sample was not refrigerated, Ryan must be liberated."

Great show last night. Hard to pick a favorite, but I always like me a good "California Stars." The vibe from the band and the crowd was reminiscent of the Residency. Speaking of the Residency, only two things could've made it better: "It's Just That SImple" The Total Pros Donna, I'm glad you were able to make it and I knew the drive would be worth it!

Today was declared LeBron James Day in Dallas. Everyone gets to leave work 12 minutes early.

As much as I love Neil, I gotta vote for this guy as the greatest Canadian of all time. Hockey and donuts!

Well, yep...just another reason not to hit the pipe at work

Well said. I couldn't agree more. I think Jerry Garcia's quote about Deadheads is very appropriate to Wilco fans (Wilcoholics? Wilcodependents?): "Our audience is like people who like licorice. Not everybody likes licorice, but the people who like licorice, really like licorice."

Excellent choice. He used to play every Thursday at Vaughn's in Bywater which is a great little spot. I haven't been to NOLA in a few years years, but I'm assuming he still has that standing gig. So stay an extra day following the shows - it's well worth it.

And it's a block from Jake's Pub, one of the greatest bars in the city.
