Frank Navetta, one of the original members of the Descendents, passed away on Halloween. He played guitar/wrote songs on their first single, EP, and most importantly Milo Goes to College, one of the best punk rock records ever released. RIP.

Btw, my wife and I went to Tampa this summer to see three Red Sox games. All the Rays fans we talked to were pretty clueless about even the simplest baseball rules. I tried to explain the infield fly rule to one couple for about 45 minutes, until the woman just finally dismissed it as a "silly law".

My neigborhood has 10 McCain/Palin signs and 10 Obama signs in people's yards. If you extrapolate that out, the state is currently tied. I don't have a sign yet, and I will be the tie breaker. I don't need the internet to figure that one out.
