As much as I would love to see it because I am a Tigers fan, I don't see any way that Trammell makes it. I think Blyleven and Gossage, and maybe McGuire get in. McGuire has an outside chance but I think there is too much going on with the steroids at the moment for him to get in. I know that HGH was legal when he took it, but it isn't now, and I think that it will make a difference with the writers who who have stated that they will never vote for anybody who was ever caught taking roids.

I have always been decent at scrabble but I just tried the online version against the computer a couple of times and it is just completely demolishing me. I mean like 250 to 300 point deficit type games.

You should be very proud of them that is a great thing that I'm sure the recipients of the blankets appreciated.

Here I am listening to the wonderful AGIB Tour Compilation that the wonderful A-Man posted on bt.etree.org. At the end of Another Man's Done Gone, which I have never heard until just now, Jeff introduces the band. I was surprised to find out that I have been, with the exception of Nels, saying all of their last names completely wrong. Boy do I feel sheepish.

Just saw them on New Year's Eve in Oklahoma City.

I find it hard to believe that ANYONE in The Shins are violent.

I love the fact that amidst all of the drama, she still makes it known that she is once again single and "ready to mingle".

I tend to be a bigger fan of live music as opposed to studio tracks with virtually any band.

I love the live version, especially the one they did in Detroit w/Andrew Bird playing violin. I have never been too keen on the studio version though.

Don't they do this every 4 or 5 years or so. The trade off half of the team for prospects, wait for them to mature, then trade them off also.

Has anybody ever seen them live? I just got the U.F.O's at the Zoo live DVD/Song download and have determined that I will see them live someday before I die. Is the show as good as it comes across on the DVD.

When I said that MTV was the last place I would ever think that would rally behind SBS, I was obviously mistaken.

Just saw Sweeny Todd and it was great. I had never seen the musical and I must say I was blown away by the songs! Great melodies! It was visually stunning, had great performances and was just a fun story.

The person I saw it with said in the musical version Sweeny also kills his daughter. Is this true?

I don't know about ST. I can't seem to wrap my head around Depp singing. I know he sings well but it is coming off weird to me. One thing I can say for it though, It has got to be better than National Treasure 2. I recommend waiting till video for this one. It was a huge disappointment.

When I was first buying equipment I ended up going to GC to try stuff out, but I always bought independent after I decided on what I wanted. I just prefer guitar shops where people are interested in what I want and need, and not their bottom line.

That is the way to do it.

The last people I would think would vote SBS as the best album. It's amazing what a couple of VW commercials will do.
