Thanks for the info! I will check out both of those records and that label. My np for the day:

Is Brian the former guitar player of Stump the Host? If so, he is an insanely good guitar player and I have to check this out.

Gotten about halfway through the creation of my first solo album. Just mixing to go.

Sounds like a total disaster. So disappointing, because a real, good comeback record from Sly would be really, really welcome. Damn. As most of it are remakes, I already have no interest. But, I have to admit, that I will at least check out the new songs, just to see if there is anything there, despite what STE said in the following review.:

Well, all of them. But I was referring to the new one.

Not a huge listener to hip-hop or rap, but I do listen to it a bit. Love a lot of the old-school stuff. And, yeah, the Kanye West record is also great. But recently, my kids have me listening to some of the newer artists. And, while a lot of it is crap, I have been listening to and loving these albums: The Nicki Manaj, in particular is flooring me. I just love the way that she sounds; she gets into this voice every now and then that is genuinely scary. But in a really freaking cool, sexy kinda way. The B.O.B. record is surprisingly hooky, some some really great melodies and actual composit
