John is a friend of mine. We went to middle school together. Lost touch, and then I heard his music, fell in love with it, and we got back in touch. Wound up recording my own music with him many times.

Working on securing another guest who is a founding member of a band that was formative for me. He's willing to do it. It's just a matter of finding a date that will work. Crazy excited.

Me too! It was a thrill to have him on. He joined us from his living room. Sadly, I had a family obligation that forced me to leave the recording a little bit early. But it was cool to meet Brinsley. The dude has seen a lot.
