  1. Positive. It was the first concert that I ever attended on my own (or, with friends rather than being dragged to see Paul Anka by my parents). Joshua Tree tour at the Rosemont Horizon in April, 1987. Lone Justice opening.

  5. Jonathan Richman -- 6 or 7 times Flavor Channel (a local Chicago band in the 90s) -- 5 or 6 times The Unconscious (a local band down in St. Louis/Columbia) -- 4 times or so Cornershop -- 4 times (mostly as an opener)Stereolab -- 3 times And, I've seen a bunch of bands twice.
