Like the powers that be would ever let that happen. The FA cup is meaningless in regards to the league. Next time Man U and Arsenal meet the gunners will have the desire to prevail. As far as Champions league goes Arsenal maybe extra motivated after their drubbing on the weekend, but this is the only trophy AC can win the rest of the season so they will want it as well.

Would you mind posting these somewhere for those of us who are less artistically inclined? I would appreciate it a whole bunch.

LBJ would win the BBQ cook off but as for Chili I would have to toss my support behind Taylor. He lead the US in the Mexican American war, so he would know a thing or two about chilies. Being form the army he should know how to cook for lots of people, or at least direct that cooking. Also near the end of his life he packed on the pounds, so he knows how to eat.

I would have to go with something from AM like Should've been in Love, or Box full of Letters.

Well weather or not Wenger put in a second string side, they sure played like one. 4-0 Man U. Crazy Liverpool lost out to Barnsley so maybe Rafa's job is not safe anymore. Ac tied agian, but still moved into 4, for the moment. I am looking forward to the Champions League games this week, as they are the only televised soccer.

At last a definitive setlist for all those who were not there.

I am surprised I thought everyone had seen this picture. As for Bilary what about just Hill Dog? or Obelle? or Johndy?

At least you get to watch the some of the game. With Wenger firmly against all cup competitions, he said something like this a few years ago, I cannot see him risking any one who is even remotely injured for either this game or against AC. I will be surprised if Ferguson does not play some more experienced players, just because they have been playing so poorly lately. AC tied today leaving them 1 point out of 4, but more importantly Ronadlo messed up his knee again ruling him out for what looks to be the rest of the season. But on the bright side Pato and Kaka and Gattuso should be all ba

I just do not care at all if he used them or not. Because I believe a majority of Major Leaguers have used steroids and at this point major league baseball should just grant them all clemency because there is no way they can check everyone from the last 10 years. I still do not get why Congress is investigating this, do they have nothing better to do?

Not that I read this site ever, but I do frequent Imdb and there was this link so http://radaronline.com/features/2008/02/ge...r_natalie_4.php I was just reading along when all of a sudden Jeff Tweedy was there, I had to do a double take. I did not know that he was a Hollywood celeb.

Arsenal 2-0 Blackburn. The write ups said that Blackburn played really well, but once again Arsenal showed why they are at the top of the league. I really expect Blackburn to make a run for fourth for the rest of the year. With Gerrard admitting that Liverpool cannot win the title this year, I think that maybe there are only a big three now. Having not won the league since 1990, and only a runner up finish in 2002, their European form not with standing.

I do no t even know where to start because I have been sleeping and studying all day so have not had a chance to respond. ponch1028 said a whole bunch of things that I totally agree with. Well that sucks, like really. It sucks that people who want to go to school and do their very best cannot get in while there are people who are dumber than a container of shoe polish who get in just because their parents can pay for it. I really hope you get into school somewhere. But your degree should let people know that you are really good at something. If a degree is just to prove that y

Well. It is not that I hate school (keep in mind it was four in the morning when this topic was started). I do feel privileged to be getting a higher education. I understand, as my professors continually tell us, that in completing a college degree one becomes part of the top 1% of people in the entire world. What that top 1% is, or how it is researched I do not know. While I do not hate school I really dislike many things about it. Such as a lack of consistency in what is expected. For example in elementary school I all learned how to both print and write in cursive. In middle school all t

Try telling that to some of the people in my classes, much less the professors.

So it is 4:15 and I am awake writing two papers for tomorrow. Neither one is particularly interesting, mostly because I do not know what either one is about, much less what it is supposed to be about. I hate these professors who give you open topics, because they are clearly looking for on set of ideas to come across no matter what the individual toopic happens to be. Oh, well. just grasping for sympathy I guess. Anyone else have thoughts?

I did not know that about Wimbledon, but yes if one of my teams did something like that, I would begin to lose interest as well. AC Milan won today by giving another 18 year old his debut, he scored the winning goal with his first touch of the game. Now they are only 2 points fron 4 with one more game in hand. Awesome. Egypt 1-0 Cameroon No EPL scores, and no comments I did not see any of these games.

8 total time for wilco, and 5 just last year.

My feelings exactly. What you said, about lack of fan support was the same feeling I was getting reading the 606. If the league wanted to have something like a summer league, and have those games overseas, maybe. But to have games that count for the final table is ludicrous. Earlier this year weren't mangers calling for a winter break like in every other European League? When wold this extra game take place? Hopefully with all the fan outrage nothing will come of it. AFC shocker, Egypt 4- Ivory Coast 1! how? I understand the Ivory coast goalkeeper was taken off injured, but still 4-1! I am

There is no way under the current system for this to work. There is no total vote count at a caucus, the truest form of democracy in the entire process. Also just because a candidate wins the most vote in a state does not mean they get all the delegate, though it varies from state to state. In Nevada for example, Clinton won more total votes, but Obama got 13 delegates, while Clinton only got 12.
-
Isn't this a contradiction? You do not like winner takes all, but want the person who has the most votes to win? The delegate system allows minorities to have a say in the process rather than blindly allowing the majority to do whatever it wants.

But of course it will, or after the first time one of your favorite players is left out of the squad. Premier League goes global? This headline was on the BBC as well as ESPNSoccernet. I think that the concept is crazy and just a money grab. How bout you?

I did not watch the game, being in the US and all. But read conflicting accounts. In some one player was great, in another the same player was shite. As a Wilco fan I will trust your judgment on the matter. At least they won, like Capello said he wanted. The US Mexico was awful. though I did not really expect anything else. The US goals came from nothing, and the midfield play was nonexistent form either side. Typical poor play. Some young guns for the US making debuts and such, but if this is the best I fear for the future.
