Kinky Afro (Thursday 4pm - 7pm) John Stirrat and Glenn Kotche from Wilco will be joining Michelle Bennett and Kim Jirik live in the studio this Thursday from 4pm. as somebody said earlier, kamera is german for camera. jeff is nuts about the germans. case closed. heheh. it probably came about a lot like how 'jesus, etc.' came about; somebody just fooling around with the titles on the tape boxes.

i bet we'll probably see most of the record played on this tour, but just at different shows... i guess they're just pacing the show so it doesn't get too bogged down in new material the audience doesn't know..

heheh... i missed it myself. even though it sounds like plain, it'll still boost my excitement levels... -
just recieved this in my inbox... and don't miss... BERNARD FANNING explains the new POWDERFINGER single to Myf, Jay & the Doctor on Monday morning. Plus theatre actor/writer and Logie nominee BRENDAN COWELL is in too. Robbie is back and gets SLAYER and WILCO in the Top Shelf studio this week. LOU RHODES from LAMB plays 'Like A Version' on Wednesday. And the HOWLING BELLS are Live At The Wireless on Monday night, recorded by triple j at our special Corner Hotel gig in Melbourne in February. that's all i know. i guess it'll most likely just be an interview, and the performance stuff

considering they're on a 24 hour flight to brisbane right about now, was it ever that likely?
-
yeah, try that in a standing-only venue... maybe if you knew the person in front of you, you could just pin the paper to the back of their shirt to make it easier...
-
well, yeah, but the loft stuff from the film was pieced together from multiple takes of songs, rather than just the one performance. they've only got so many cameras.

somebody talking about me with the hair?

front general admission for sydney. looks like another session of waiting in line... heheh...
-
we got the other side. D 8 to 11... should have faxed. got my sydney tickets as well, though!
-
was third in line, but got row D! not fair. oh well. shout out to froggie... thanks for the company in the line... what did you get?
-
the drones for me.
-
depends on the venue... palais is all ages, and i think the enmore is all ages in some areas... look at the venue sites to confirm.
-
the lady i spoke to said that the good seats on the day would be divided up fairly between the faxes, the people there and the phone orders... i'm going on the day, anyway.
-
yep. can't wait. if this pre-order thing doesn't pan out, i'll see you all before 8 in-line at the palais...
