If your implying the duration of the roasting process is linked to the quality of the beans being roasted your dead wrong. It would be more accurate to state that there are those who are more adept at roasting coffee, individuals and businesses alike. Edit: Full disclosure I drink a hell of a lot of coffee, and even occasionally by it from Strbks.
