  1. I think he also looked after Jimmy Page for a time. I am guessing that is how Jimmy ended up playing with the Crowes.

The Black Crowes reunite on The Howard Stern Show.

I have always liked several of the songs from the first album. But like the first Pearl Jam album - the production is too slick. I am curious to hear what they are doing with these songs now though. I would think Chris will get tired of playing the same songs the same way every night.

  2. I about 3/4 through Gorman's book  -- it is wonder that these two are back together, of course it is about money - but so it goes. I can see why Gorman is not involved, it seems like he has been quitting the band since the mid 90's.

The book is entertaining enough -- basically on one page Gorman calls Chris and asshole, then calls Rich one on the next page, then back to Chris, back to Rich and on and on and on.

I have not read it yet. I am hoping it shows up in e-book form on my local library's website. It used to be such things would not happen. But they recently got the new SRV book which was rather good.

  3. Many years ago -

We were going to put such a thing together by way of lifting Jeff banter out of AUD files. But we never did it. I would think these days such things would be found on YT. Or put up on YT if such a thing was created. I believe there are several Paul Stanley videos of such things. And I am also thinking of a Led Zeppelin live show site that cataloged what Robert Plant said at shows. I believe they were called "Plantisms". Finally - I also seem to recall Crowesbase tracks such things. Or used to - when the Black Crowes were active. Of course - the word is they will be touring again next year.
