Me either - I suppose we will find out one way or another. If nothing else, I am going to give all of the 2007 shows I have been grabbing to Owl.

I wonder what his daughter has to say about this release - as she now controls the estate. I hope they don't do a Marley/Hendrix on him - but I suppose they are - in a small way. He was a junkie - with money and no one to tell him no - as far as I can see. Not the first time we have heard that story. -

Zemaitis Guitars There is a photo of the one Jeff has on the site somewhere. There was some talk about this in one of those sections about equipment - I think. The guitars are being made once again. I don't see Jeff buying vintage ones - I could be wrong though. Rich Robinson also plays a Zemaitis.

I think I had that - but gave it away or tossed it. -

I don't think I have ever heard any live stuff by them. At least it's some new stuff - instead of the same studio stuff that seems to be issued over and over again. -
Oddily enough, I was thinking of you today. I only buy Duracell.

link Guess, I should have looked at that sooner. Plus - maybe they just meant no soundboards. Oh well - maybe they will change their mind. If not, I would be interested in putting together a Wilco BT site or at least get people with shows to put them up on bt.etree.

I actually buy 9 volt batteries and go around and give them to people here where I live. Often, they shine it on.

Also - change your batteries in your smoke detectors.

He had several children. Barbara Ann was written by Fred Fassert. There is a Dennis song called Barbara - you can find it on Endless Harmony. There is a photo out there somewhere of all his kids together from not to long ago - I can't seem to find it at the moment.

I thought it was funny when I saw all the press he was doing last summer. Maybe he keeps his tapes in a shed in his compound. -

According the article in No Depression - Stanley was not willing to do this at first, but then changed his mind. I wonder if he keeps his non-Dead tapes separate from the vault? I know in recent years, some Jefferson Airplane shows have been released that he taped. I will be surprised if he does not do some sort of Wolfgang's Vault deal some day. I have the Allman Brothers live cd that came out via Grateful Dead Records some years back - I think it is out of print now - it was made from a Stanley tape. Not the same source - according to the article in this month's issue of No Depression. Or - did you mean the show itself? -
