  2. I am sure I have heard Ram, Red Rose Speedway, etc. sometime in the last 30 years. I think the last song of his I recall hearing was We Got Married. I have just never been into him or his music that much. I wish he would put out the Wings Over America film on dvd. Have you ever seen it? Joe English was a great drummer.
  3. I only 2 PMc cds - Band on The Run and Wings Over America.
  4. I also think it has to do with MJ's sexual deal - as in, "my mom liked him, but now he is too old" etc.
  5. I was thinking of this yesterday when Iggy Pop turned 60. Well - you always hear "the stones are too old" or whatever.
  6. World Cat British edition - # Paperback: 320 pages # Publisher: Ebury Press; New Ed edition (1 Jun 2000) # Language English there has been only one American edition
  7. I am still curious as to why The Rolling Stones are too old for what they do - yet it is ok for Paul to do what he does. Paul - 18 June 1942 Mick - 26 July 1943 Keith - 18 December 1943 Charlie Watts - 2 June 1941 Ron Wood - 1 June 1947
  8. I could photocopy and mail you those chapters or you could get them via you local library ILL.
  9. Oh really - mine is hardback - I paid 3 bucks for it at Walden Books. I think it was around Christmas time - although I don't know what year.
  10. He has a flair for writing - I'd say. The bit at the end about the MTV reunion and greatest hits album is funny as hell. "We're fucking going to have straight fucking lyrics that any fucking person can sing." as an example
  11. I actually just read it again the other day. Henry Rollins actually helped him edit that book. I would like to read the original version - it was 2,000 pages or something.
  12. You should read the DLR book - I think it was one of the best rock books I have ever read.
  13. My hair is too thin to properly headbang now.
  14. I think due to the way people write stuff in chat and whatnot - things are different these days.
  15. grammer blog I don't see how this works - states pay another state to do what they should do? If Arizona does not have prison space - they should build more prisons. This reminds me of when the government wants to dump nuclear waste on reservations or better yet - various states/people want to dump sludge and other garbage here in my state.
  16. Our downloads are unrestricted 256k mp3 files that offer exceptional audio quality and ultimate portability maybe one of the overlords can fix up the title of this thread Wolfgang's Vault
  17. A few weeks ago, I was in there - and the lettuce had mold on it.
  18. It is a picture book - with more text than one usually finds in a picture book. But - it does not go very deep into the history of PF. It is more like Nick's observations of what went on - I think it is alright.
  19. That's funny - I am reading Nick Mason's book at the moment and it has some stuff about that in it.
