I just don't he should be talked to that way - he's a straight up guy.

Fair enough, but fuck, give it a rest. It seems like every single thing you post nowadays has at least one reference to that show. We get it.
You need to learn to respect.

This must be the place
Second place in the human race
Down in the basement
Now I know what he meant
Secondary modern
But there won't be a problem till the girls go home
This is the hand that you never shook
You never gave me the chance that I took
Secondary modern
But there won't be a problem till the girls go home
Is it out of the question
Between you and me
Is it pleasure or business
Or a packet of three?
Nobody makes me sad like you
Now my whole world goes from blue to blue
Secondary modern
But there won't be a problem till the girls go home...

Actually.. I'm going to build a recording studio in my garage
Good for you! Tape is where it's at.

If I was you, I would dig around on Ebay. A new one will cost you several thousand dollars.

Also - think about parts when you buy such a thing - as the bands and clutch will surely go or will already be busted. May be best to find something newer - if possible. I like old stuff - but one has to be prepared to work on such things.

She walks with a bell-clock round her neck
So the hippies think she's in with time
Time...
Her hair glistens like robins on a deck
Branches attack me from her neck
She's so fine
She's so very very fine
The sun from a cloud sinks into her eyes
The rain from a tree soaks into her mind
Mind...
Morning sign sounds just like a lark
All these signs are always a start
She's so fine
She's so very very fine
When I veer I get so near
But so far far far away
Listen to me today
We united just beside a leaf
The ground was hard underneath her her
Ahhhahhh
She's so fine
Ahhhahhh

Nice shot!! I believe this was during the John Wesley Harding fake out (think he was watching the door to see if Nate would come running/sliding in from the bathroom).
Heidi - I'm not sure what Jazz Odyssey is, but when someone in the crowd requested it - Jeff replied that he had just played it (a.k.a. just finished tuning his guitar).

-
We got there somtime in the early afternoone.
-
Oh that's right. I was there Friday - I think it was. I always forget. Jeff came up the alley and stopped to talk to me.
-
What night was that? I think we were there at the same time.

Pennsylvania snow is pretty thick,
Michigan ain't where I get my kicks.
Texas is fine but it gets too hot,
And New York City's not a place to stop.
New Orleans is the home of the blues,
But California's my home with Mary Hughes.
Down in Mississippi I'm told is nice,
And all the meals there, they come with rice.
Oregon and Iowa are not for me,
The Colorado mountains are something you must see.
But back in California there's nothing to lose,
'Cos everything's swinging there with Mary Hughes

I think that is a mixture of makeup, light, and digital photography at work there - as it is in most of the photos posted in this thread that come from some sort of magazine.

She's on ER.

I once ended up with a nail in my hand in a treehouse war.

Well, once I was a stone, many years ago
Into a pool was thrown, many years ago
Time went by and the pool ran dry
Excavated was I, and tempered and beat in the fiery heat
By the hand of a man, whose name was Dan, Dan the blacksmith
Well once I was a sword, many years ago
And my blade was broad, many years ago
Wore it with pride, and into battle I'd ride, on a warrior side
And cut my tail, their was loss of my tail
and soon did rust ,corrode to dust, oh my
Well once I was a daisy, many years ago
In pastures green and lazy, many years ago
But I was et by a goat who fell in a moat
And forgetting to float he sunk like a lead and stayed until dead
And was relieved to find just how kind it all was
Well once I was a grub, many years ago
And I lived among that mud , many years ago
But I'm a reckless mood, and I gave it a Coo
That was it with a prune, and when the good Lord was done
I walked with the sun, I shed my skins
And tried my wings and flew away
Well, once I was a bullfrog, had to struggle for survival
And once I was a carp and lived in waters on the meadow
And once I was a mynah bird, quoting verses from the Bible
I said pretty boy, pretty boy, Saint Luke
Well once I was a mule, many years ago
and my master treat me cruel, many years ago
By by was sick, so I moved to a kick,
So I took out a stick , laid it back across my back
To an almighty crack to my dismay
I cast away into the blue
Then I was born a human baby, many years ago
I remember I was born unto a lady, many years ago
All our hopes were piled on the back of a child
Who turned out to be wild, sent the devil a prayer
Caused the parson to swear so I took my leave
To lie and thieve, on my way to jail
Well, I've been a tinker, tailor, soldier, sailor
Known good times and disaster
But now I have a teacher and my teacher has a master
And the master is perfection, so he'll help us get there faster
Don't need no proof, 'cause that's the truth, and I'll drink to that!

I went out today
And I was looking at the people on the street
They weren't threatening to me
And I was noticing how it was kinda sweet
How I been changing a lot
How I think maybe, if I could find a way
To fall back in love with the world
And end up forgiving us eventually
Because I've never lived anywhere but in my head
Think that my eyes might of hidden instead
Ask me to forgive us for the things that we did
And I do, and I did
But the suns comes out and I hide
From whatever it is that's been tearing me up inside
But you weren't out today
You're just lying there and staring at the sheets
That's not threatening to you
But baby just take something so you can get some sleep
I know it's been changing you a lot
If there was chance you that could ever find a way
To fall back in love with world
You could forgive yourself eventually
Because you never lived anywhere but in your head
Think that your eyes might of hidden instead
Ask me to forgive us for the things that we did
And I do, and I did
But the suns comes out and I hide
From whatever it is that's been tearing me up inside
Inside
Inside

Interesting how that has disappeared from the American conscience.
