  1. I was lucky enough to be at that 11/17/05 NYC show which also featured a Loose Fur “reunion”. I believe that was the fourth of only four live performances by the group, correct? The other three being the Double Door in Chicago in 2000 and the two Brooklyn shows in 2002, one of which I was lucky enough to have attended as well.
  2. No judgements here. I’ve been seeing the band live since 1995. I’m just genuinely perplexed by tonight’s show.

  5. An amazing night 2. Couldn’t be happier that I went to both shows. Paul’s review says it all. Major thanks to Jeff for playing these shows before Wilco hits the road again.
  6. Not much to add to Paul’s excellent review. Jeff’s comments about ending music came on the heels of him congratulating Brooklyn Made on their opening and joking about how it could never get better than these two shows so they were planning to close immediately after tonight’s show. Crowd was lively but respectful. Looking forward to another great performance tonight!
  7. Any guesses as to why last night’s episode didn’t get posted in the account’s stories? I wasn’t able to watch and was just hoping to see it.
  8. The owner of a record store that my roommate and I frequented regularly in college recommended AM to us because he knew we were big fans of The Replacements. I bought a copy and have been a huge fan ever since.
  9. TW’s Invisible Hits columns for Pitchfork and his blog doomandgloomfromthetomb.tumblr.com are always worth checking out. Guy is a passionate fan of a wide range of music. Thanks for posting that.
