My second shot is April 17. Tentatively planning to get together with a friend soon who lives on the other side of the country. She got her first shot about the same time as me. With all the COVIDiots out there, I'm still not planning on concerts, games etc for awhile. I'm fairly pissed about the Mariners & don't want to spend money to walk into a giant T Mobile commercial. Also, for now seating capacity is very limited. You can't go by yourself unless you buy at least 2 tickets. The stadium workers are pretty fascist & I'm sure they will be out of control with the COVID restrictions.

Thanks. It's nice that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. We'll just hope it's not a train! -

Sorry I didn't get a chance to take a photo. I've been up all night with flu symptoms. I was expecting it though for the most part. I get the same thing when I have to do the high dosage flu vaccine every year & the shingles vaccine was nasty. It's because of the other exotic poisons I have to take. I'll live & will be worth the discomfort in the long run. I'm just going to do an all day NCAA binge on the couch. -

Getting my first shot of Moderne today. Finally became eligible in Washington yesterday. Distribution has been a mess as the system has been based on the honor system. Hasn't worked out so well. The pharmacy I go to is part of a small chain. They have a lot of computer issues & I was unable to schedule or get on a waiting list via the website. So I called the pharmacy direct & it turns out no one is taking that step. Sadly I'm a big customer for them but they were able to get me in right away. It will be a relief. Fingers crossed it goes well! -

I'm an ordained priest now. Just Take It Easy, Mankind Come join the slowest-growing religion in the world – Dudeism. An ancient philosophy that preaches non-preachiness, practices as little as possible, and above all, uh…lost my train of thought there. Anyway, if you’d like to find peace on earth and goodwill, man, we’ll help you get started. Right after a little nap. First, you might want to Get ordained as a Dudeist priest. There are over 600,000 worldwide.

Having turned 60 myself a month ago, I can empaphize with Brian. Bottle Rockets have had a pretty good run. 1 year at SXSW they gave me & my friend a ride to a gig in the band van. NIce guys.

I didn't order the vinyl box. I pre-ordered the dvd as a standalone. When the project was first announced that wasn't an option but it was added later. I think it was $19.99 + shipping. I bought the cd at my local record store. That Neil era is holy ground for me. I saw 2 dates late on the Weld tour & was supposed to see another one but it got cancelled. While I didn't see this show I did get to see Crazy Horse do a club show in Vegas on the Greendale tour (I saw 3 shows that tour, spaced apart). It was at the Joint before the remodel so it was only 1200 capacity then. The stage was too sm

Thanks. I've been doing various cocktails for a long time now with no end in sight. Once I get the vaccine we're going to try some different things with the auxillary drugs. With the way things have turned out with the pandemic & with the unnamed aerospace giant I used to work for, I'm really glad I finally listened to the doctors & got out a year & a half ago. I don't have cancer but a really rare & aggressive version of rheumatoid arthritis like what killed Glen Frey. They use cancer drugs to try & slow the progression. Worked out for awhile but has been less so all the t

With so much good new music this week (Nick Cave, Neil Young, etc) I'm chilling with a good book. I've got chemo Tuesday & it will wipe me out at least until next weekend. It's always a good plan to go into that sort of rested up.
