  1. Absolutely spot on abt.sensing the vibe of the show had changed. You could feel it and see it. Also, perfectly stated abt. the audience not re-establishing the connection with Jeff during Misunderstood...was really bizarre. Loved reading the finished post!!
  2. Such a great recap so far, Paul! I still can’t get over that female admirer who didn’t know when to shut up. Grrr... I wonder why her companion didn’t tell her to shut the fuck up!!
  3. Was such a fantastic show! Jeff sounded amazing and beautiful. Lots of great banter, including him asking, “What’s in the stairway? Is that an alien?” It was a coat but Jeff said it looked like ET and told the audience the show was over because he was hallucinating. Everyone was belly laughing! Great audience. Never wanted it to end.
  4. Do we know how the requests will go this year? Is it still a request show for the first 30?
  5. Yes, still in the bubble!!! My colleagues commented on how "at peace" I seemed today. I keep rereading the fantastic memories here and on other social media. My cheeks literally feel sore from smiling so much since Friday. I love this bubble!! And I love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love what Jeff is calling New Wave Theater (at least for now). I think it's pure brilliance. Perfection. I cannot wait to see how/when it and all the other new gems will be released!
  6. One Sunday Morning??!!!!! Aahhhhhhhhh! Lucky, lucky audience!! I swear I requested that song literally over 100 times for the Royal Oak show I was at (yes...I stuffed the ballot box...)! Man...lucky audience! But I cannot lie, I'm jealous!
  7. It was a woman sitting right next to me who got up to use the bathroom when Jeff made a comment and asked her favorite song after she told him, "Don't play my favorite song!" When he asked her what her favorite song was, she said, I Must be High. I thought the show was amazing (even though 90 min. went by in the blink of an eye), but then again, I find that disappointment and Jeff on stage are an impossibility together!!! I'm always blown away by his musical genius.
  8. Great post! Thanks for posting in such great detail. The show was SMOKING HOT!!! SMOOOOKING!!! Maybe one of the best Wilco (best any band) I've ever seen and I've never been disappointed in a Wilco show, ever. The energy was palpable! From stage to audience, from audience to stage, from the weather, the stars above and the almost full moon... It was a night of beauty and optimism with an aura saturated with euphoria. Thank you Wilco❤️ SSF cannot come fast enough!
  9. My first LR show❤️...absolutely one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever witnessed. I. Was. Euphoric. The experience changed my life. I am so thankful and grateful to Jeff and Sue, as well as everyone else involved to make this experience such a beautiful part of our lives.
  10. Thank you so much for posting about it! I was hoping you would and I was thinking about all of you last Saturday. I imagine it's so special to witness and be a part of something so beautiful. Don't forget about me next year
