I think it's great, I can't wait to listen to it a few more times. Unfortunately the Riviera show is already sold out.

I've had this one for about 2 years, and I'm happy with it (plus the price is definitely right!): Sony Turntable

Cutting out the center of the 'O' was a nice touch.

I partied with Kings of Leon at the Mercy Lounge once. It's pretty small, should be a cool place to see a show (altough I'm not sure how good the acoustics will be). I have no idea what hotels are near there.

I especially love Glenn in the Taj Mahal one.

I'm playing a lot of catch-up.

Happy birthday!

I'm not a strict constructionist, and clearly you are. That phrase ^ is by no means the only example of a clause of the Constitution not being taken absolutely literally. Look at how Fourth Amendment protection has been broadened and interpreted - that's a good thing. -

There's a big difference between changing the law and interpreting the law. -

Followed immediately by: "This is too extravagant to be maintained. In some cases then, the constitution must be looked into by the judges." I'm not really sure what you're trying to say... -

Here's a thought: the judicial branch gets to say "what the law is." See Marbury v. Madison (1803). Religious displays at courthouses (or other government property) tend to suggest an entanglement between the government and religion that Thomas Jefferson (and others) sought to avoid. I don't have a problem with that. -

The Dude is still a thousand quadrillion times cooler than you, Mr. Legion of Doom.

Here's the short answer that will save everybody a lot of time: if Dude doesn't like something, it's not art.

No, tickets are still available but I have not bought one. Yet.

Did you get tickets for Churchill Downs?
