  1. It's amazing how well these work. I'd actually buy a few of them.

The Susso Bristol Aquila is a band of Russian aerospace engineers who, at the end of a hard day's work, turn off the rockets and turn on the rock.
  3. Sounds pretty good. But I'm getting a little tired of so many Patterson songs about the same things. And an extended album without Jason is just going to be a lot more of the same thing, I fear. Shonna does sound really good though. Did she take voice lessons or something? I don't remember her having a particularly good singing voice.
  4. I don't care what he does as long as I'm in front of him when he does it. When he broke into Outfit I just about had a heart attack. I love that man. Toad's is a big club though...I'm a little shocked they booked something that big. I saw him with 20 other people in MA a few months ago, and even with it being a small venue it still felt incredibly empty. I hope he draws enough to make him want to come back after this New Haven show. I'm also very hopeful that the big gap of time between Indiana and CT means there might be some more shows we can catch in the area.
  5. He's billed with the 400 Unit on the Toad's Place website.
  6. I voted for A Christmas Story, but there's another movie I have to watch every year. I'm a sucker for Frankie and Annette. Or in this case, a Frankie lookalike and Annette.

  8. That right there is why our society is going to hell in a handbasket.
  9. Actually, you need to break it into two sentences. "I love this board. It is so pretentious!" Or, alternately, you can use a colon, which links two separate but complete thoughts. "I love this board: it is so pretentious!" We may want to consult with Ben to confirm the second usage though.
  10. That freakin' Natasha Bedingfield song that's in some hair care commercial every 5 minutes. I think it's called "Unwritten", which I wish was a description and not a title.
  11. I had to open this back up. I just saw a good one...."nonsensicle". Is that anything like a Creamsicle? YUM!
  12. Nice! I called a few places and they told me they would definitely be getting more shipments before the holidays, but I can't put one on hold anywhere so I doubt I'll be able to find one. I won't be camping out in front of the stores, that's for sure.
  13. Well, I tried hunting down Guitar Hero and can't find it anywhere. My husband keeps talking about it, so I thought it might be a good Christmas gift for him, but no one has it!
  14. You can order it from Amazon if that helps.
  15. Thanks for the heads up....moving them to the top of the Netflix queue!
  16. Danzig would like to wish you a WOOOOOAAAAAHHHH!!!! WOAH WOOOOOOOOOAAAAHHHH!!!! WAOWAOWAOWAOOOOOHHHHHH!!! And so would I.
  17. It doesn't matter how many times I see it. Nathan Lane and Hank Azaria should have won Oscars for their performances. "AHHHHH! I PIERCED THE TOAST!!!" And Gene Hackman's long winded speech about watching the foliage change has me on the floor too. We know an especially boring person and every time he comes to visit it doesn't take me very long to be reminded of that scene.
