  3. I believe thats Australian Rules Football! I saw a game when I was in Melbourne this year. I saw the Essedon Bombers Vs the West Coast. I had a good time even though it took me a while to get the gist! I had a hot jam donut (Yum) during the period break. All the consessions were reasonable and the people were really into it. It is nothing like events in the US.
  4. Yeah Sitting Still. I haven't played it in a few years. I remember it being a rougher version of the song...not confirmed.

  11. Do you live in NJ? I unfortunatley deal with these traffic situations every day. I pass the approach to the Holland Tunnel, Newark Airport, The Turnpike, Parkway and ride on Rt 78 everyday..after Rt 78 I pass the enterance to Short Hills mall too so it is a zoo everywhere I drive!
  12. Interesting article in slate... http://www.slate.com/id/2204988/pagenum/2 Unfortunatly I think in NJ the horn is very necessary(especially if people change lanes without looking).....
  13. Wilco played Movin on in State College the year after I left Penn State supposedly it had a huge turnout. I figured Penn Staters would know Wilco. In general though if I didn't introduce Wilco to my friends no one would know who they are!
  14. Saw them last year?? at the Garden! Sounded wonderful! Go for it!
  15. http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/article/reco...-deluxe-edition Not only is Murmur a perfect album I am sure the bonus disc will be awesome. If anyone hasn't heard early REM live performances do yourself a favor and get this set!
  16. Yeah I saw that the other day...I actually just purchased Brotherhood, Technique and Movement cheap (The older version) on half and see there are some bargans on ebay. Will get the other soon too I suppose! Thanks all!
  17. Mende...if you like Frank you should come visit Emily and I! Every morning when I head off to work I drive past Frank's birthplace. I live 6 blocks from it! We also have Frank Sinatra park on the waterfront
  18. One could argue their albums such as Combustication, The Dropper (some songs), and Uninvisible could fall into a funk, electronica or other genre. They're many examples of recent MMW songs that don't fit the Jazz mold at least in my book. I think MMW's last Jazz record was Shackman (excluding Tonic)....
  19. Notes from the Underground (Which I highly recommend!) is a straight up Jazz record from MMW...Tonic and Friday are classics too!
