Sorry to ask again, but in the past week or so, has anyone heard anything about an opener for tonight? Nothing is showing on any website about one. I don't get off work until 7:30, the show starts at 8, and there's no way I'll get to the Fillmore in time if there's no opener. Anyone?

I'm in Denver now... but I wish I was back on the West Coast. California dreamin'...

Is there an opener? Or is this tour "An Evening With..."?

I wasn't able to purchase until last Saturday night, but it sold out Saturday afternoon. The more and more I listen to the new record, the more and more bummed I get about missing out on tix. Doing some exploratory poking about to see if anybody snagged extras. Rock on, etc., C

The heckling/banter last night was definitely more comical than in years past. Looks like Jeff actually has a fun with it now. Lotsa laughs, for sure. -

The crowd was certainly peppered with idiocy. But... nothing I didn't expect. Jeff's reputation for banter has gotten around, obviously, so you know there's gonna be some jackasses at every show. I thought he dealt with it excellently, though, and that's what made the show for me. Plus, as soon as he gave a little back and forth and then launched into another song, all was fine. I heard pretty much no talking during the songs themselves and extremely limited cell phonery and such. While the music was playing, I thought the crowd was fine. However, the few who suck are just a sign of the time -
Great stuff... Jeff handled the loudmouths wonderfully... everybody in great spirits... lots of fun... Someone Else's Song from the lip of the stage w/no mic for the 2nd song... Cars Can't Escape... New Madrid... Walken... etc., etc., etc... I'll let someone else post the whole setlist instead of trying to piece it together right now, but those were my favorites. I'm friggin' tired and going to bed, I think. One single small gripe... boo to the Boulder for jamming the chairs in so tight in their rows. It was sardine-esque in there. Cest la vie. Like I said... a small gripe... not near enough t

You the Fatah Ruark from that other board that should remain nameless in order to protect these good folks of ViaChicago? S'gotta be... I mean, how many Fatah Ruarks could exist out there?

Yeah... much relief... happiness, etc. See you there.

Success. "1st" row of Section C (12th row, really). Can't complain. Can't hardly wait.

My appt this morning canceled, so I'll be able to give it another shot. Kindly disregard the post that used to be here. Good luck this morning.

I'll be busy at on-time sale tomorrow. Hopefully there will be a few scraps when I get back home around 11:30.

A serious bummer, indeed.

Grrrrrr. Bastards.

I guess it crashed my browser. Ridiculous. It says there are still GA tix available, so I would like to ditto the above question.

This ticketing site is infuriating. Is it just taking forever to process my order, or has it crashed my browser? Was the purchasing pretty immediate for you guys, or did it take a while?

Dammit... had a previous engagement this morning I'd forgotten about... so I missed the presale. So... for the public sale... the website says Dec. 10 but Wilcoworld say Dec. 13. I wonder which one is legit?
-
We should get a PW via wilcoworld, non? If not, someone please to inbox me with important word please, yes. Regarding ticket prices, I thought they were a little steep, until I realized that they had included all the service charges and stuff in the price instead of surprising us with it at check-out. Knock ten to fifteen bucks off of the price you see and that's the "real" ticket cost. This pertains to the theater's website and not stubhub.
-
Man, this has been great. Tons of thanks to Wilco for the goodies.

Wow... I haven't logged in for forever... and when I finally do... what great news! Berzerkly's just a coupla weeks after my birthday. Awesome!

All their releases are easily available at eMusic, and all are worth having. They are infectious as hell.

I was living in Healdsburg when these tix went on sale, and I bought a pair. This was to be my first show at the world reknowned Berkeley Greek and I was really, really looking forward to it. Then... my wife's company sent us to SoCal. The Inland Empire. Ugh. My friend Tim got to use my tickets last night, not me.
-
I've moved to SoCal, but have tickets for NorCal cause I didn't know this move was coming when tix went on sale. Anybody interested in trading 2 L.A. Greek tix (good ones, please) for 2 Berkeley Greek tix? My pair are fan tix, so I will have to change the pick-up name for will call at the venue. motleydesign@yahoo.com

Dr. Dog are soooooo good. Saw them last winter opening for the Black Keys in Lawrence, and just saw them again last week in L.A.. Just a great, great band. If you aren't familiar with them, open an emusic account and grab everything there. You won't be sorry.
