rsjbraz
So I was just listening to the great sbd of Wilco at Howlin Wolf in New Orleans in LA from 28/04/00, it's up on Dime at moment btw, and was blown away by the rockin live version of Too Far Apart. It seems they havn't played it much since mid nineties apart from a handful of times in 2000 but could really see the current lineup playing a wonderful version, some great guitar work on there for Nels to get his teeth into!I see now that Jeff did play it solo last year so fingers crossed! brgriffi
I don't want to hijack this thread, but where's the best source to get live recordings?
a_quiet_domino
I don't want to hijack this thread, but where's the best source to get live recordings? Usually in theaters, although clubs and arenas are not bad.

If you are OK with mp3s, the mother hips board thegrotto.com has quite a few. You have to register with the site, but that's easy. Just be aware many people will not trade for shows encoded to mp3. If you have fast internet and are not behind a firewall or on a .edu site, the torrent sites posted above are your best bet.
