Beltmann
So who is guiding these young filmmakers? Brett Ratner. Brett Ratner is being presented to us as the consummate Hollywood storyteller. I realize that this show isn't going to give us, say, Jafar Panahi... but Brett Ratner? Seriously?
welch79
just watched this show. it was okay. my question is this: how many shows like this can we have? I'm pretty weary of this format from getting american idol shoved down my throat. oh well...if you enjoy it, watch it. yeah, i was questioning their choice of judges as well, but then again, who would sign on to s'thing like this? Mr. Heartbreak
I never heard of that phenomenon referred to as Shakedown St., though I've seen it at plenty of shows. Pretty funny.

nicburto
Who is Brett Ratner -- is he like the Randy Jackson of the film world? Only the critically acclaimed director who brought you Rush Hours 1-2 (soon to be 1-3), Money Talks, and X-Men III
