I'm 5'10 as well but 145 and I wear a medium. mine actually don't fit that tight. i wouldn't say they're extremely loose. but they're not tight. they're perfectly inbetween. and the length is perfect. this is how all my small shirts fit me. I got this one a few years back and would wear it a lot more if it weren't for the sizing. The American Apparel shirts are about 2 sizes smaller than what's on the label. My XL is really a medium.
