sgtpepper64
Okay, I have two questions that I hope you guys can help me answer. 1. What happened to Leroy Bach after Wilco? I can't seem to find anything about him anywhere. Is he still making music? B. (or 2 for those keeping track): Does anyone have any idea where I could get the version of "Kamera" from IATTBYH? I like the fast upbeat version with Jeff singing in a high register. I have the YHF demos and it's not on there. Any help would surely be appreciated. Thanks,Gabe
Gobias Industries
1. Last I hear he was playing bass for some singer/songwriter, the name eludes me at the moment. 2. Look for any live show where Kamera is played. Chances are it's in the octave above.

Wendy
1. He played bass for Beth Orton on tour last year. Correct me if I'm wrong (because I wasn't there) but I think he performed at Ed Burch's farewell show at the Hideout. He was seen on stage in July with Iron & Wine at Pitchfork Festival in Chicago. He has been playing with Marvin Tate in Chicago on his new CD "Family Swim" 2. Can't help you with that one.

Dr. Steve Brule
Here's Marvin's MySpace. LeRoy is repsonsible for a lot of the music on the album. You can purchase it here, or if you are in Chicago at Laurie's Planet of Sound, or better yet buy it off the man Monday at Hideout when Marvin sings with an amazing band consisting of LeRoy (whose guitar playing has gotten fucking awesome, pardon my french), Emmett Kelly, Matt Lux, Azita and Dan Bitney. I guarantee a great time. Here are some great pics from the CD release party a few weeks ago.
