lizish
 this is lovely. thanks for the headsup, T! I get to see them next week with Elliott Brood. Yippee! Bridg - Saw OX last night in a great room with like 10 other people. Talked to Mark Browning and Brian Dunn (the bassist/backup vocals) for what seemed like forever. What a great band.  They told me they are about 1/2 way through writing the 3rd album, but need to find a studio, sooooo I got them to consider coming back to here and using the house of miracles, which they thought was a great idea. They didn't even seem to mind my request to pop by if they actually end up using the studio.  so NP:   'Been on mainstreetBeen on everystreetI've been high and I've been low'  Todd - love King khan, Dirtbombs, cobras etc. Good choice! Mystik Spiral
We must be on the same wavelength because I was just thinking this morning how I haven't listened to that OX album for quite a while. I think I'll have to throw that on next. Here's hoping they find some studio space, make another great album, and come touring to Colorado - you can convince them when you pop in... They were talking about doing a European tour later this year and then through the states, ending up at SXSW. Â I suggested the Bottletree in Alabama and will try to put them in touch with Leah. Do have any suggestion for where they would play in Colorado?

Chendizzle
Really? I think that's the only stinker on it! Come on, that song is pure sexiness! Still, as an aside, I just caught myself singing, "Got no income tax, no VAT, no money-back, no guarantee" to the intro to Weird Fishes/Arpeggi. I've been singing "I get eaten by the worms...AND WEIRD FISHES!" all day.
