poppydawn
We taught my three-year-old to say "Diarrhea Pockets" when we walk down the frozen food aisle at the grocery store, so deep is the admiration for Jim Gaffigan at our house.
mgsooner
More Jim Gaffigan, less Dane Cook and Carlos Mencia...the world would be a much better place. One of the truest statements ever uttered is: "Dane Cook is the Creed of comedy."

So Long
HAHAHA! Dane Cook IS the Creed of comedy.
yermom
Dane Cook is incredibly good looking. I thought he was really funny and attractive back in the day on his Comedy Central special. I like his manic energy. He's made me laugh in the past but I'm pretty sure he hasn't bothered to come up with any new routines since he started gaining in popularity and getting movie roles. I guess it's just easier for him to "act" and play what others have written then to write something new for himself and that's pretty lame.
cryptique
Love Gaffigan. Just got done watching an hour of Daniel Tosh on Comedy Central, and some of his stuff kind of reminds me of Gaffigan.

Atticus
I see that he's going to be on comedy central tonight at 9 central time I've never seen him before
hollow
Jim Gaffigan is very funny -- he's so pale! I also like Zach Galifianakis -- you can get his DVD on NetFlix. Heard a podcast of him, and was hooked, so I got the DVD. There are lots of good comedians out there that aren't Dane Cook, who's the comedic equivalent of Beyonce or Britney Spears (ie, mainstream and boring). Try Zach Galifinakis, Robert Schimmel, Jim Norton, Demetri Martin, etc. -- even if you don't like these guys, you may discover another comedian that's worth your while and isn't Dane Cook
Sir Stewart
I don't think you're going to find anyone pushing Dane Cook here, FastEight.
