Analogman
Now, if you were an urban explorer you would go exploring inside those old buildings.
poppydawn
The inhabitants don't like that. I might try to sweet-talk my way in, one of these days.
Analogman
Maybe Darkman is in there. I am more of a rural explorer - but someday, I hope to check out such things. Flickr groups
Mr. Kinsley
Poppydawn- Is this photo from Belleville? If so, I wonder if it's the building on the corner in photo #4 in your photoset. Maybe that was where their apt was and they went on the roof? The shadow coming from behind you in that shot indicates some larger building(s) right about where they would be in the old band shot. bböp
I don't want to live in a world that doesn't have that Doug Sahaim/Jay Farrar duet of "Give Back the Key to My Heart". Doug Sahm.

That was taken in downtown Belleville. I think they were on the roof of City Hall. The building behind Mike houses the local newspaper's office. It's about 20 blocks from where they lived. The shadows behind me were most likely from the warehouses/former brewery. I should have gotten some shots of it. Next time. Doug Sahm. Well, thank Cod we cleared that up!
