Got WASTE tickets for Philly and Cleveland, TM for Boston, and I will be in the masses at Lolla. I've always wanted to see Radiohead at a festival, especially up close. They love playing for great gobs of people and they usually break out Talk Show Host (Thom refers to it as "a festival song").

I believe Toronto sold out in 2 seconds because I was there RIGHT at 10:00 and it was gone, got nothing.

It's nice to know that Ticketsnow, Ticketmasters affiliate, is selling 17 pit tickets at $450 EACH and front row seating at $750, there has to be 200 tickets on there in total. What that is is bullshit and now I'm going to have to go through that, stubhub, craigslist, ebay or miraculously find a nice person on At Ease trying to sell four tickets to Toronto.

This type of ticket fiasco makes Wilco seem like nothing!

yeah. i missed out on W.a.s.t.e by a few minutes. i got up throughout the night and checked. finally i went to work a little later. i get on at work and it had already been going on. i got to click on the ticket link several times but then it would always go blank. the ironic thing is, had i not cared at all and just down things normal i probably would have gotten Pit tics.

then i tried ticketmaster and i click on tics immediately and then was on hold for a long time and of course they were gone by the time it went through.

RADIOHEAD TO APPEAR ON "LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN O'BRIEN" IN "GREEN PERFORMANCE" WEDNESDAY APRIL 23

Band's Exclusive Pre-Taped Performance Greener Than Live Appearance

NEW YORK - April 17, 2008 - One of the biggest bands in the world, Radiohead, will make an exclusive appearance on NBC's "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" Wednesday April 23 (12:35-1:35am ET).

The band - who made their network television debut on "Late Night" and were O'Brien's first-ever musical guest in 1993 -- has recorded an exclusive live performance from their critically acclaimed and record-industry-paradigm-shifting release "In Rainbows" to air on O'Brien's contribution to NBC's "Green Week" of environmentally conscious programming.

Recorded live in London, Radiohead's performance of "House of Cards," represents an ongoing effort by the socially conscious band to act in the greenest manner possible. By opting to record this exclusive performance rather than fly over for a one-off appearance, the band--as frontman Thom Yorke notes in the introduction to their performance --avoided leaving a carbon footprint equivalent to driving one's car for a solid year.

Other guests on "Late Night's" "Green" show are a bit more literal - "Robot Chicken" creator and actor Seth GREEN and Today show travel editor Peter GREENberg.

"Late Night with Conan O'Brien" is from Universal Media Studio in association with Conaco and Broadway Video. Lorne Michaels and Jeff Ross are the executive producers. Allan Kartun directs. Mike Sweeney is head writer.
