Mrs. Peel
We used "Dream A Little Dream" by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong. But then we cut the cake to "The Cheesecake Song" by King Missle to gain back our punk rock cred.

Moe_Syzlak
We've got some time (and we've already got our first dance song picked out), but I am having trouble with songs while we dance with our parents. First, do we need separate songs? I figured we would each dance with our respective parents (me with my mother, her with her father) during one tune, but I'm not sure of the etiquette. I've been to seemingly hundreds of weddings, but I can't recall how most do it. Secondly, what's a good song? I'll tell you, I'm a music guy and don't much pay attention to the lyrics and it has made it difficult to choose. I don't want to end up with an Afternoon Delight type moment (for those of you who are Arrested Development fans). I thought Nick Drake's Pink Moon would be a nice choice. Beautiful and short with no uncomfortable lyrics, but a friend says he *thinks* the song is about Drake's depression. I've always thought it was just about love. But given Drake's history, I guess depression makes sense. Any other suggestions?
